Negotiating the Right Deal and Structure

Getting the Deal Structure Right

Every transaction - whether a merger, acquisition, or trade sale - is a negotiation of both economics and trust. For management, it represents not just a change in ownership, but a defining career moment that blends employment, equity, and investment decisions.

Liberty acts as the independent financial adviser guiding management through this process. We structure and negotiate rollover equity, incentive programs, and shareholder protections to ensure fairness, alignment, and clarity.

Our team’s backgrounds span investment banking, chartered accounting, and corporate finance consulting. We combine analytical rigour, practical experience, and human understanding to deliver outcomes that are commercially sound and personally sustainable.

When the stakes are high and the timelines tight, Liberty brings independence, precision, and confidence to every deal.
